Chilli Paste Sweet Basil

• Ingredients: sweet basil leaves, red chilli, soybean oil, garlic, water, sugar, salt.
• No preservatives
• Product of Thailand

Directions for use:

1. Start by putting some chopped ginger and garlic in a pan with about two tablespoons vegetable oil over medium/high heat.
2. Place 1.5 pounds of clams into hot tap water and rinse with your hands to clean off.
3. Put clams into the pan, and stir, then add one spoonful of Chilli Paste with Sweet Basil Leaves. Stir fry until clams open, add 1/4 cup coconut milk and stir for a bit more to mix well.
4. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve alone, or with steamed thai jasmine rice.
