Garlic granules can be used in recipes as an alternative to garlic powder. When measuring the amount of garlic granules, use double the amount that you would garlic powder. Eg use 2 tsp of garlic granules in a recipe that calls for 1 tsp of garlic powder. Garlic granules will measure in a manner similar to garlic salt in most recipes.

Garlic granules are made of dried garlic that has been processed into a handy kitchen spice. It contains no added salts or other spices.
