Directions: Recipe for Chicken Tom Ka 1) Boil 1 cup (240ml) coconut milk. Add 300g chicken meat together with contents of this packet. Cook until chicken is well-done. 2) Add 2 cups (480ml) water. Simmer until chicken is tender. 3) Add one more cup (240ml) coconut milk and add 100g mushroom. Bring to a boil and it is ready to serve. Add fish sauce and lime juice to taste. Tip: Submerge the packet in hot water for 1 minute. Cut open, and the paste will come out easily. Ingredients: Salt 25% Spices (Green chilli, shallot, coriander root, kaffir lime peel) 20% Galangal 15% Lemongrass 12% Soybean oil 10% Sugar 10% Flavour enhancer (Monosodium glutamate) 5% Acidity Regulator (Citric acid) 3%
